Sealed Bids, subject to the conditions and instructions contained herein, will be received by the Isle of Wight County for the following: Paul D. Camp Community College Roof and HVAC Replacement Smithfield Campus. Scope: Remove, dispose of and replace the existing roof system down to the roof deck. Provide a new white fully adhered EPDM roof membrane over tapered roof insulation and coverboard. Provide new sheet metal flashing, gutters and downspouts, internal roof drains, and associated wood blocking. The work will also include removing and disposing of the existing rooftop HVAC equipment and providing new equipment as described in bid documents. Bonds required.
