The Work generally consists of renovation of an existing, approximately 75,538 SF building. Upgrades to HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Low Voltage systems. Structural and non-structural wall reconfiguration, and finish upgrades throughout, including new casework. Kitchen equipment upgrades. Exterior improvements include sidewalks, concrete receiving area and landscaping. The scope includes but not limited to masonry, metal framing, concrete, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and systems demolition and improvements. Equipment and furnishings indicated, shall be provided by the Contractor unless noted otherwise. Prevailing wages.
