The City is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide reliable, cost-effective and turnkey single stream recycling processing services. Beginning on the Commencement Date, the City or its agents will deliver all City single stream recycling materials to the processing contractor’s designated materials recovery facility (MRF) for receiving, sorting, processing, marketing and sale. The City reserves the right to conduct a site visit prior to contract award. Bonds required.
