Separate sealed Bids for the Reroofing of Sections 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F of the Twin Springs High School for Scott County Public Schools, which consists of installing approximately 57,300 square feet of new 60 mil fully adhered EPDM membrane over new insulation on existing roof deck following complete tear-off of existing membrane roof and built-up roof system. Additional work will include replacement of perimeter gravel stop/coping. Some mechanical units may require raising to meet the required clearance for warranty. Bonds required.
