The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified offerors to provide potential vendors to purchase and haul scrap metal (white goods) for the Rappahannock Regional Solid Waste Management Board and Stafford County (R-Board and Stafford County). Any and all services shall be in accordance with the solicitation documents contained herein and attached hereto. Offerors shall include in their prices all costs associated with the scope of work described herein, including labor, supplies, equipment, material management and hauling for the Stafford County RBoard. The County intends for this RFP to result in one (1) contract with qualified contractors to purchase and haul scrap metal in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this IFB and resulting contract, if awarded.
