Contractors wishing to make an application to Public Utility District Number 1 of Clallam County, Washington for designation as a pre-qualified bidder for the construction or improvement of any electrical facility, shall complete the attached application and submit it to the District’s Contracts Coordinator. The District will establish a roster of pre-qualified licensed contractors by type of work who may be solicited for proposals/bids for district projects. This roster will be updated annually and will be revised as required. Contractors may be removed from the roster at any time at the discretion of the District or at the written request of the contractor. Contractors must be registered in Washington to receive a project award.
