Skagit County Facilities Management is requesting bid proposals for a prevailing wage contract to supply all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for a tenant improvement project on the 1st floor of the Skagit County Courthouse Annex Building. Contracted work is primarily the addition of four offices and new flooring in 1st floor spaces. First floor will be unoccupied during Contract Work with no restrictions on work hours. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
