This Contract provides for roadway improvements on 100th Street NE from 52nd Drive NE to 55th Avenue NE, approximately 1,050 linear feet. The work to be performed under this contract includes the removal of various existing site improvements, installation of new storm systems, biofiltration swale, cement concrete curbs, gutters and pervious concrete sidewalks, site grading, asphalt repair, and pavement markings. Additional items of work include temporary erosion control, traffic control and general site restoration, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, the Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
