DES is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Architect for design services, to design the New NCAA Division One Soccer Field Project, located at the SPSCC Olympia Campus. This scope of work includes design services only. The project consists of construction of an NCAA Division One (1) Turf Soccer Field, complete with, but not limited to, lighting, electronic score board and bleachers. The proposed location of the soccer field is adjacent to existing wetlands, necessitating mitigation measures to ensure no net loss of wetland ecological functions. The Site Master Plan shows a planned field house and student housing, these building are not part of this project.
