Work will consist of installing one new traffic signal (#1 US 19 at Mount Lookout) and modifying three existing traffic signals (#2 US 19 and WV 41 South, #3 Main Street at Broad Street, and #4 US 19 at Nicholas County High School). The area of disturbance will be very minimal with only a few square feet per intersection of disturbance anticipated for the installation of the signal pole foundations, pole / base mounted cabinets, junction boxes, and conduit. All disturbed areas will be stabilized with seed, mulch, stone, or concrete. Traffic will be maintained on the existing route. All work will be within the existing right of way. There will be no tree removal or work below OHW. DBE goal 5%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
