Work will consist of fine milling the existing roadway width at 2 inches and installing Superpave Asphalt Skid Pavement, Type 12.5 at 2 inches. The millings will be collected by the contractor and returned to the asphalt plant to recycle. The only disturbance will be to construct paved shoulders from 38.23019, -80.66615 to 38.23110, -80.66452. There will be no excavation outside of the existing gravel shoulders. This is approximately 672 LF and in this 672 LF, a vegetated buffer area exists. Placing shoulder stone on the remaining existing gravel shoulders and replacing all existing pavement markings. All vegetated areas will remain in place. All work will be within the existing right of way. There will be no tree removal or work below OHW. DBE goal 7%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
