Project Description: SMART is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide biological and cultural resource monitoring services to comply with permit requirements for the construction of two (2) segments of non-motorized pathways along SMART’s right-of-way. The two pathway segments include: Southpoint Blvd. in Petaluma, CA to Main St in Penngrove, CA Golf Course Dr., Rohnert Park, CA to Bellevue Ave in Santa Rosa, CA Scope of work includes: Provide biological monitoring in accordance with the projects SAA, NEPA Permit, and Incidental Take Permit. Provide cultural monitoring in accordance with the projects NEPA permit. Providing monthly compliance reporting, annual status report, and a final findings and mitigation report. Biological monitoring is expected to begin in July 2024 and end in December of 2024. Cultural Resource Monitoring is expected to start in July 2024 and end in November 2024. Bonds required.
