Project Description: SMART is seeking Sealed Bids from licensed and experienced contractors to implement the East Windsor Creek at Oakfield Trail Riparian Enhancement Project, including maintaining and monitoring the project site for a period of five (5) years following implementation. The purpose of this project is to provide mitigation for riparian habitat impacts resulting from the SMART Windsor extension construction project. The work sequence will be as follows: 1. Implement the East Windsor Creek at Oakfield Trail Riparian Enhancement Project 2. Maintain and monitor the mitigation improvements for 5 years after implementation according to the guidance set forth in the enhancement plans. 3. Prepare annual reports for Years 1 through Year 5 according to the guidance set forth in the enhancement plans. The initial implementation phase must be complete by December 31, 2024. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
