Project Location: 1996 Chief Trail Como, CO 80432 Project Description: The project includes: Removal of dead trees Thinning of trees for proper spacing Trimming trees up for fire protection Clean up forest floor Slash removal or disposal plan Useable forest product plan. The scope of work will include minimizing fire danger and promoting forest health. Indian Mountain Park consists of 265 acres, much of which is wooded. Based on bids and available funds, this project will likely cover approximately 30 to 35 acres this year. Each bidder must be prepared to oversee the entire project and is responsible for all subcontractor work.
