The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and all procedures necessary for inspection, testing, certification, maintenance, and modifications of all water-based sprinkler systems located throughout the Orlando International Airport in accordance with all Federal, State, and local currently adopted and applicable codes (which includes but not limited to NFPA 13, 14, 20, 25, 101, and 1962). b. The Contractor will also conduct all code mandated weekly/monthly/annual running, testing and maintenance of five diesel and ten (10) electric fire pumps and ensure those systems are operational and code compliant as specified herein. c. The Aviation Authority will not allow the Contractor to subcontract the testing and certification services. d. The contractor will perform the five (5) year flow test, annual preventive maintenance of the fire hydrants including, but not limited to, lubricating the threads on the outlets and operating stem, replacing worn gaskets, painting in accordance with Orlando Fire Department and NFPA standards, flowing the fire hydrants every year, tagging the fire hydrants with Aviation Authority identification tags, and any other inspection, or maintenance required by NFPA 25. e. Dates for commencement and completion of work will be on an as-needed basis and shall be coordinated with the AAR, to ensure work will not interrupt airport operations. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
