Standard Elevator • Remove existing interior to one (1) 2,000 LBS elevator cabs (handrails, front return, transom, jambs, and bumpers to remain). • Install four (4) raised, vertical panels, sheathed in plastic laminate in each cab. (laminate color to be chosen by CHA) (1 panel on either side and 2 panels on the back wall). • Re-clad frieze and reveals with ventilation slots using new #4 stainless steel. • Install new #4 stainless steel ceiling ensuring a close cut to the canopy. • Install six (6) LED down lights in canopy. • Re-clad doors with new #4 stainless steel. Flooring • Repair subfloor if needed. • Install new, Nucor, waterproof vinyl flooring. (WilsonArt Studio Teak 7960 Standard HPL Finish 51” L X 34.5” W), or equivalent. Freight Elevator • Remove existing interior to one (1) 2,500 LBS elevator cab (handrails, front return, transom, jambs, and bumpers to remain). • Install four (4) raised, vertical panels, sheathed in plastic lamin• Install new #4 stainless steel ceiling ensuring a close cut to the canopy. • Install six (6) LED down lights in canopy. • Re-clad doors with new #4 stainless steelate. (laminate color to be chosen by CHA) (2 panels on either side wall).• Re-clad frieze and reveals with ventilation slots using #4 stainless steel. Flooring • Repair subfloor if needed. • Install new, Nucor, waterproof vinyl flooring. (WilsonArt Studio Teak 7960 Standard HPL Finish 51” L X 34.5” W), or equivalent.Hoistway Frames and Door Entrances • Re-clad all three (3) frames at elevator doors on first floor with new #4 stainless steel. • Re-clad all three (3) hoist way doors at elevators on first floor with new #4 stainless steel. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
