8(a) Set-Aside, 561720 - Janitorial Services. The contractor shall provide janitorial services to assigned areas of responsibility within scheduled hours of operation. Services include but are not limited to disinfecting and complete removal of dirt, dust, foreign debris, streaks, mold, mildew, spills, stains, cobwebs, swirl marks, scuff marks, odor, rubbish, impurities and all trash. The contractor shall provide cleaning services for the buildings listed to include doors, floors, walls, trim, woodwork, handrails, stair rails, stairways, banisters, baseboards, partitions, window screens, window blinds, counter tops, shelves, windows, light fixtures, desks, tables, podiums, file cabinets, bookcases, cubicle dividers, lockers, supply and return air grills, ceiling fans, wall mounted fans, and all flat surfaces. The contractor shall clean all glass and mirror surfaces. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
