This work consists of applying selective and non-selective herbicide mixtures to control weeds within medians, guardrails, interchanges, infields, shoulders and slopes within the limits of the right of way areas in District One. The herbicides will be furnished by the Contractor. The application shall be made in accordance with the schedule in the plans. This work will primarily consist of spraying areas of various sizes. Some spot spray work will be required. Areas designated by the Engineer as “No Spray Areas” shall not be sprayed.
