The purpose of this RFQ is to obtain the services of a qualified Contractor to provide custodial services for Calvert County Government at the Highway Maintenance Facility, 335 Stafford Road, Prince Frederick, Maryland 20678 in accordance with this RFQ. The total gross size of the Highway Maintenance Facility (hereinafter, “the Facility”) is approximately 24,267 gross square feet, more or less, including unoccupied areas. The Facility is comprised primarily of office space, bathrooms, lobbies, conference rooms, elevators, and stairwells. The Contractor shall be responsible for cleaning the entire Facility, excluding the mechanical and electrical rooms and any areas designated by the Project Manager.
