Howard County intends to procure the services of a construction firm to construct, complete and in place, a 23,551 square foot structure adjacent to the North Laurel Community Center to include a lobby, locker rooms, offices, storage / mechanical spaces, a pool area with an 8-lane, 25-yard lap pool, an indoor leisure pool, and a basement (for storage of pool chemicals). This addition will be situated to the south of the existing building and will connect to the community center’s existing corridor. Bonds required.
