The City of Mount Rainier requests proposals from qualified contractors for building, renovating, and implementing façade improvements for seven (7) storefronts located between 4000-4010, 34th Street. The Project is known as the City of Mount Rainier 34th Street Façade Improvement Project. The proposed project is to include the following types of improvements: • Exterior painting • Exterior finishes and materials • Repairing persistent exterior damage (water damage, rotting wood, etc.) • Adding business signage, awnings and lighting (if needed) • Removing inappropriate business signs (vinyl signs, window signs that block interior views, etc.). Bonds required.
