The Project consists of constructing a new Primary Sludge (PS) Storage Tank No. 1 for Primary Solids and a new Waste Activated Sludge (WAS) Storage Tank No. 1 for WAS, with provisions for future construction of PS Storage Tank No. 2 and WAS Storage Tank No. 2. As well as construction of a new Solids Transfer Pump Station containing pressurized solids screens, a screenings dumpster, an electrical room, solids grinders and solids transfer pumps, piping, bridge crane, monorail and hoist, and associated equipment. Additionally, construction of a new bioscrubber or biotrickling filter odor control facility located between the Sludge Storage Tanks and the Solids Transfer Pump Station. Yard piping, valves, odor control ductwork, and appurtenances to support the new facilities and future facilities as indicated in the Contract Documents. Installation, maintenance and removal of all erosion and sediment control, and other environmental protection measures, including all permits and approvals required. Testing, startup, training and miscellaneous work as indicated in the Contract Documents. Bonds required.
