Work performed under this contract will consist of storm water infrastructure maintenance, repair and improvement projects within the city limits of Charlotte, NC. Work may include but is not limited to mobilization, earthwork, installation of storm drainage structures and pipes/culverts, working over, under, near, and around existing private utilities, asphalt paving, concrete flatwork, landscaping and any associated work required by the Engineer. Other work may include structural foundation protection, storm drainage structure and pipe repair and/or rehabilitation pipe lining, water and sanitary sewer (relocations, installations, and adjustments). Locations of work will vary and can be within public right of way, private property with easements or a combination of both. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
