The City of University Park solicits bids for the construction of curb ramps and sidewalks. The City would like for this work to start in June 2024 and proceed at a continuous pace using a five (5) day work week. There are approximately 1,000 curb ramps that need replacing, 60,000 square feet of sidewalk in need of service, and approximately 15 locations in need of new sidewalk. The work areas are in various locations throughout the City, and it is the City’s expectation that this work should be completed within twelve (12) months. The City allows for multiple crews to be working at a time, but will have the final approval for the number and locations of crews around the City. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
