Hwy 302, Kermit, TX 79745 • Site 3 - Monahans Maintenance Office 3411 S. Stockton (SH 18), Monahans, TX 79756 • Site 4 - Odessa Maintenance Office 2201 NE Loop 338, Odessa, TX 79761. Material requests shall be issued by work order. Each work order shall specify items, quantity, and location for material to be delivered. Bonds required.
