This is a solicitation for contractors interested in entering into a Local Let Maintenance Contract consisting of roadside mowing (right-of-way) on US090 and various locations in the Odessa District, Terrell County Maintenance Section. Written notice of when to begin a mowing cycle will be given. The written notification will include the number of acres for the mowing cycle, the type of mowing required, the number of working days, and the date time charges will start. Work orders may be issued until January 31, 2026. No work orders will be issued after this date unless there is mutual agreement between the Contractor and TxDOT. The contract will be in effect until the work on the last work order is completed. Bonds required.
