The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment to perform all operations for the application of an asphalt-rejuvenating agent to Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete (HMAC) at various locations for Travis County. The rejuvenation of surface courses will be by spray application of a cationic rejuvenating agent composed of petroleum oils and resins (containing no VOCs) emulsified with water. All work will be in accordance with the specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of this contract. Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit bids online. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
