Henrico County is accepting bids for On-Call Plumbing Services to the County of Henrico and Henrico County Public Schools. Types of County facilities shall consist of but not be limited to, office buildings, classrooms, common areas, cafeterias, gymnasiums, laboratories, auditoriums, libraries, equipment shops, jails, court buildings, detention centers, material storage buildings, fire stations, etc. Installation of new plumbing system and/or complete upgrade of existing plumbing system shall be excluded from this Contract. The Successful Offeror(s) shall be a firm regularly engage in providing plumbing maintenance and repair services to include but not limited to: piping, hot water piping, domestic hot water piping, cold water piping, domestic water, natural gas piping, drain piping, fittings, domestic hot water heaters and generation equipment, pumps, drains, vents, clean outs, toilets, faucets, fixtures, sanitary and/or septic systems, backflow prevention devices, roof drains, grease traps (General Government), grinder pumps, and any other associated plumbing services.
