The Williamsburg-James City County Public Schools (WJCC) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide construction management services to support the School Division project team in the Contract documents, Bid & Award, and Construction of two new Pre-K Buildings at Norge and Clara Byrd Baker Elementary Schools. The School Division intends to hire a Construction Management firm to assist in the administration of the proposed project. The CM will work in conjunction with the Architect and WJCC Project staff from the design period through construction to completion of the project. Bonds required.
