The Project includes the following Work: The onsite sewer construction of approximately 1,500 linear feet of 15” sanitary sewer, 5,560 linear feet of 12” sewer force main, and a triplex suction-lift wastewater pump station in a precast concrete building. The onsite water construction of approximately 386 linear feet of 8” water main, 175 linear feet of 12” water main, and 5,505 linear feet of 16” water main. The downstream sewer construction of approximately 4,900 linear feet of 18” and smaller gravity sewer and approximately 580 linear feet of 12” sewer force main. This project also includes all necessary structures and appurtenances to serve the Staunton Crossing development in City of Staunton, Virginia. Bonds required.
