It takes a "Village": It takes an entire team united – our team is always changing and growing. We are currently seeking new Publishers to help contribute to our success. Together, we work hard, laugh a lot, brainstorm non-stop and give the best "Kudos" in town!
We work globally, fully remote, with flex schedules. No 9am-5pm "bank hours". You will catch many of us on the phone running the afternoon carpool or taking our elderly parents to the doctor while we hop on our laptops. Don't be surprised if the Owner tells you she's in Italy, working remote. We are revolutionizing the way people can work remotely with the flexibility they want and obtain the elusive work / life balance.
We train our publishers and encourage ongoing learning virtually through "Fireside Chats" to "Coffee Tawks". We love to socialize, and collaborate over a glass of wine.
Paying it Forward: We have partnered with Texas A&M University's Construction Management program to train their freshmen and sophomores on what we do every day – scan bid notices and pull the information contractors need to put a team together, and submit a successful bid.
