10.769 Miles of Milling, Resurfacing and Shoulder Rehabilitation at Various Locations in Pierce County. A minimum of one solid edge stripe shall be placed on any intermediate surface of ramp prior to opening the ramp to traffic.All pavement markings , both interim and permanent, shall be applied to a clean surface. The Contractor shall furnish the layout and preline the roadway surface for the placement pavement markings applied as part of the temporary traffic plan. All interim marking tape and RPM's on the final surface shall be removed prior to the placement of the final markings. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
