This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued by the County of Calaveras, Department of Public Works (County) in an effort to obtain the services of qualified and experienced contractors for the Independence Road Debris Removal Project (Project) which resulted from the MID-FEBRUARY 2019 STORMS. The Contractor (Contractor) will provide all labor and equipment necessary to remove and dispose of debris (rocks, soil, mud, sand, asphalt, and vegetation) for this Project. Only the rocks, soil, mud, sand, asphalt, and vegetative debris identified as a safety hazard to the general public and located between the limits of the Project as identified in Attachment B will be removed under this Agreement. This is the first of four RFP’s that are being issued by the County for debris removal related to the MID-FEBRUARY 2019 STORMS.
