Work of the Contract consists of construction of building upgrades at New Urban High School located at 1901 SE Oak Grove Blvd, Portland, Oregon 97267, for the North Clackamas School District. Work in the Base Bid includes: Demolition and replacement of the existing 49,350sf New Urban High School building with a new 39,691sf building. Work also includes reconfiguration of the parking area, moving the bus drop off area to the East of the building, upgrades to the site utilities and the Annex building that will service to house students while the new school is being constructed. Bid Alternates include the demolition and replacement of the existing Gymnasium to the North of the existing high school building.
