The Ojai Valley Sanitary District is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide the cleaning and rehabilitation of approximately 14,000 linear feet of wastewater collection system main line (approximately 8,115 linear feet of 8-inch diameter and approximately 5,625 linear feet of 10-inch diameter) on several residential streets and easements and reestablishment of the associated connections to the main line. The majority of the connections are 4-inch in diameter, and a few are 6- or 8-inch in diameter. The intent of the project is to rehabilitate the existing wastewater collection system piping which has a historical infiltration issue as well as prevent any roots from entering the main line. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
