The Cosumnes Community Services District (District) is seeking bids from qualified contractors interested in providing landscape maintenance services. The work to be performed under this Professional Services Agreement includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and incidentals necessary to complete landscape maintenance activities. The initial contract period will end one year after the contract initiation date, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods upon the same terms and conditions. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
