Stony Brook Hospital intends to make an award for design of a new surface parking lot located at the East Campus North Entrance to accommodate approximately 350 cars.The firm will need to provide architectural, structural, and engineering services.The design must include, appropriate lighting, electrical, drainage for the recharge basin, security, way-finding, signage, access control, walkways, modifications for turning lanes, sidewalks and roadways.The firm must also provide plans for razing the existing building structures and respective utilities in order to make way for the new surface parking lot. The firm will be required to provide a design schedule with the cost proposal. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
