The City of Warner Robins will receive sealed bids for the materials, supervision, technical personnel, labor, machinery, and services to complete the Asbestos Abatement and Demolition at the following (4) locations: 108 Lockwood Dr; 104 North Paul St; 202 Doyle St; 110 Varee Dr, Warner Robins, Georgia in accordance with all the bid documents. The Contractor must clear, remove and haul all asbestos and debris to an approved EPD landfill or location. Lot must be restored to natural grades and conditions. (Including fill dirt, seeding etc.) Removal of all utility structures must be included in bid price. Any Federal, State and Local Laws, Regulations and Standards concerning the removal of asbestos, or components thereof, as related to environmental protection and safety in operation and are in effect on the date of this bid shall be construed to be part of these Specifications.
