Provide all necessary labor, equipment and materials to perform blacktop patching and crack repairs on an as-needed basis for a period on one-year from the bid award. Work shall include troubleshooting, repair, replacement, installation, new work and general maintenance of equipment and/or facilities as the case may be. The contractor with WPCSD representative will markup in paint all repairs where work is to be performed at each location, prepare a schedule and execute the work so not interfere with school operations. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
