The Contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, machinery, equipment and all materials necessary to complete this asphalt repairs project in accordance with the contract documents. See attached. The project shall begin no sooner than June 17, 2019 & be complete no later than July 26, 2019. Required prequalification for the 2019 calendar year or a completed prequalification questionnaire & financial statement due by 04/12 @ 02:00 PM. (Forms at VESD District Office or download (http://www.vesd.net/departments/administrative_services/purchasing). Prevailing wages apply. Bonds required.
