The Technical College System of Georgia is soliciting bids on behalf of Augusta Technical College (ATC) for one qualified contractor that can provide Refurbishment Services for Buildings 400 & 900 on their Main Campus.The “work” includes all construction, documents, submissions, attic stock, certificates, reports (including initial HVAC test and balance report), warranties, Marked-up Construction Documents, Final Certification of Costs, etc., called for in the Contract Documents, including all addenda and change orders. Each bid must be accompanied with a Bid Bond in an amount equal to 5% of the base bid, payable to the Owner, Augusta Technical College, in order to guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract to construct the project strictly in compliance with the Bidding Documents. Bid Bonds should be furnished on forms accepted as standard by the insurance industry. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
