Work generally consisting of removal of approximately 4,880 linear feet (LF) of deteriorated 6 and 8-inch diameter sewer and replacement with 8-inch diameter sewer; rehabilitation of approximately 2,100 LF sewer with cured in place pipe (CIPP); modification, construction, and replacement of manholes; sewer point repairs; lateral reinstatements; sewage bypassing; and site restoration, including paving and sidewalk replacement and other restoration work. Bidders are hereby notified that the Project will be financed by or with the assistance of agencies of the United States. Bidders shall comply with State and Federal prevailing wage requirements, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements, American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements, and Davis Bacon requirements of the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the State Water Resources Control Board. 210 calendar days performance.
