Contract project provides for the improvement of stormwater conveyance facilities for Birch Bay Drive and Point Whitehorn Road near Blaine, Washington. The purpose of the project is to increase conveyance capacity and minimize localized flooding. All facilities will be installed in the public right-of-way or easements. The installed facilities include approximately 3100 LF of storm pipe, 29 catch basins, and replacement of an outfall at a pond north of Point Whitehorn Road including associated restoration and other work.
