Proposals must be marked: “Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals for 19-309 Blacks Mill Elementary School HVAC Replacement and Reroof, Dawsonville, Georgia”. The Dawson County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, portions thereof, to waive technicalities and to extend bid deadlines or re-advertise.
