CalTrans is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, expenses, and incidentals to provide blown mulch application in San Diego County. The anticipated term of this contract is 6/1/2019 through 5/31/2022. Contractors using a C27 license must have the C31 license as well. Contractors using an A license who use a C27 holding subcontractor must make sure the subcontractor carries a C31 license as well. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
