The improvements under this contract include the following: The Parks and Recreation Department has developed the plans to relocate and replace a section of existing trail within Bob Woodruff Park, southeast of Park Boulevard, which experiences significant erosion issues and is threatened by an eroding Rowlett Creek bank. Trail improvements also include benches, trash bins, and additional drainage features to help address standing water in the area. Project completion must be within 120 calendar days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
