The City of Sarasota, Florida, is soliciting proposals from registered qualified firms to provide the usual and customary architectural services for design, permitting and construction coordination, construction service for a proposed new clubhouse project for the Bobby Jones Golf Course, all in accordance with the provisions of the Consultant’s Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA) Design Build. The selected firm shall perform all necessary architectural and construction services, including, but not limited to structural engineering for the load-bearing components of the building, mechanical (to include HVAC and plumbing), electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and interior design required for the design and construction of a new clubhouse building. Clubhouse spaces may include, at a minimum, a ground floor cart bar, locker/restrooms and pro shop; and a second floor dining room, kitchen, meeting space, administrative offices and restrooms. Exact program elements and size to be determined as part of the design process based on needs and budget allowances. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
