Albany State University is seeking a supplier to demo and dispose of our existing boiler located in Building J on the West Campus, 2400 Gillionville Road, Albany, GA 31707. The supplier will supply and install two (2) Patterson Kelley boilers, Model SC-1000, and install secondary boiler pump(s) for each boiler. The piping configuration shall be Primary/Secondary loop design. Housekeeping pads to be removed or installed as required. Schneider Controls shall be provided and installed to integrate with existing Schneider Control system. All programming and integration needed is to be included. Lon cards shall be installed in each boiler. Add water piping to make boilers a parallel/redundant operation. All water piping is to be insulated to match existing insulation. Replace existing building pump/motor assemblies with VFD capable pump/motor assemblies. Add Frequency Drives for the building pumps. Add Pressure Transducer in building loop to control the building VFD’s. Modify existing electrical circuits to accommodate new equipment. Modify existing gas train to accommodate new boilers. Add new means of disconnect to any new equipment. Provide Factory start-up. Provide One-year workmanship labor warranty.
