Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the construction of a multi-use building and the rehabilitation of a pavilion. Work includes but is not limited to clearing and grubbing, demolition of existing building, erection of a masonry multi-use building with associated general, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work. Additional work includes modification to portions of existing multi-use/cafeteria building, construction of restroom facilities within an existing pavilion, extension of water and sewer mains and miscellaneous site work in accordance with the drawings and specifications. There is an Add Alternate for additional water distribution piping. This project is divided into four prime contracts: General; Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
