Chamber of Commerce- reattach modified bitumen roofing to parapet walls and re-flash parapet due to detachment. Apply Progressive Materials P-160 Bleed Block Primer. Apply Progressive Materials silicone coating per manufacturers guidelines for desired warranty length. Courthouse Annex- Removal of ½ inch of existing SPF (Spray Polyurethane Foam) and re-apply 1 inch of new SPF to ensure foam is in good condition for recoating. Apply Progressive Materials silicone top coat for added protection, and apply 3M grey granules in silicone top coat for added protection, per manufacturers guidelines for desired warranty length. Additional: pressure wash and clean, replace any damaged wall cap material.
